Starting all over

Today I started Crossfit all over, after a 2 year hiatus filled with stress, bad eating habits and not much motivation to anything at all. I've enrolled in the fundamentals course at CrossFit PAX, the one nice thing since being away for so long, is we now have actual affiliates in the area.

The main focus for tonight was the squat, we covered air squats, front squats, back squats and overhead. Luckily my mobility isn't so terrible that I'm unable to do the movements, I can still manage to move, but stamina.... that's another story. Once we covered all the movements we did a short WOD.

10 Push Ups
100 m Run

2 Rounds + 10 WBS + 5 PU

Not a stellar performance, but it felt really good to be working out again.
